Description: Mainstream Renewable Power, was established by Eddie O’Connor, former CEO of Airtricity, in February 2008. It will develop, construct and operate a range of renewable energy plants across South America , Europe, the United States and Australia.

The company is actively seeking development partners in South America to accelerate its expansión plans in the región and is especially interested in speaking to developers and landowners in Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.

In June 2008, Mainstream signed heads of agreement with Andes Energy in Chile to develop an initial pipeline of 260MW there.
